Abstract Introduction The estimated shortage of about 15 million health and social care professionals, including over 6 nurses, together with the significant phenomenon international migration such emerged, during COVID-19, even more evidence. Methods An integrative review analysis, 4 languages (English, Italian, Spanish, French) trend terms legislation policy documents were conducted using database gray literature. 29 different document include this review. There is therefore need set up joint effort/actions stakeholders as Government, Higher Education institution, International Labor market actors, NGOs field migration, labor training professionals better meet needs worldwide.
